StoryOrb
Storyorb is committed to providing resources for writers and literary academics.
Storyorb conducts activities related to the literary arts. This includes planning, executing book clubs, writer’s resources, poetry open mic, guest writers, writers circles and more. These activities are conducted monthly and are either in-house or in the community. These activities further the exempt purposes of The Creativity Collective by providing education, resources, networking, opportunities, exposure and experience for writers. The committee works 90 percent of the time on these activities. The remaining 10 percent is providing content for Artisan's Almanac magazine. Storyorb funds itself through the magazine, monetary contributions, in-kind contributions, yearly conference and additional organization programming. Workshops and brainstorming, support and networking for storytellers. Publicly read your work. Get critiqued by your peers and share resources.
