Audiorb is committed to providing resources for sound engineers, musicians, music agents, venue owners, composers, lyricists, disc jockeys, show promoters & audiophiles.

Audiorb Committee conducts audio related activities such as planning, executing and marketing audio production and programming. These activities are conducted monthly and are either in-house or in the community. These activities further the exempt purposes of The Creativity Collective by providing resources, networking, opportunities, exposure and experience for local musicians and audio talent. The committee works 90 percent of the time on these activities. The remaining 10 percent is providing content for the Artisans Almanac artist resource magazine  Audiorb Committee will fund itself through the recording studio, monetary contributions, in-kind contributions, the artist magazine, yearly conference and additional organization programming.

Below are some of our previous projects and programs

• DJed a drug and alcohol free dance club for teens
• Provided DJ talent for the Kinetic Sculpture Race
• Was a sound engineer for Christmas play production
• Mastered audio for documentary film project, KU STORIES
• Created a class that specifically taught sound engineering and DJing

What you have to look forward to:

• Audiorb artists will be used for our in-house soundtracks giving them exposure and credits.
• Artists will also have an opportunity to participate in The Radio Collective.
• The best of our bands and musicians will be chosen for fundraisers and agency representation.
• Music education will also be available at our conference and our yearly retreat.
• Audiorb will be judging the Creative Casting Agency talent show.
• Recording studio that offers affordable sound recording and CD packaging deals to musicians
